How to use Neck Cloud?

1. Lay the stretcher on the ground, with the start of the S facing towards/away from you.
2. Slowly place your back down followed by your neck.
3. Place your arms over your head and stretch out!

The Neck Hero is made from ABS material and is a lot harder due to the acupressure nodes. However, the Neck Hero has three adjustable levels which allow more cervical traction. Both use the power of gravity to stretch, decompress and realign the spine. The acupressure nodes are a point of contention with our customers.
