• Why does the product keep popping out from the slot?

  • Sometimes if the product has been kept in one position for a long time the ABS starts to mold into that shape. When you move down a position on the device the fat side will start to pop out. In order to fix this, you will just need to place the fat side into the desired position first before sliding on the slanted side. That should keep the device in position.

• Are you able to change the length?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change the length of the device. The device is height adjustable so that you can get different levels of stretch in your cervical region. We have found that the device will generally fit most people from as little as 5'0 up to 6'4 with a weight limit of 100kg. You should be able to position your cervical arch to fit perfectly into the neck node which will allow cervical traction to occur.
