  • While we do our best to make sure that all the products that we deliver to our customers go through a rigorous quality check before delivery, on rare occasions due to incorrect warehouse storage or transit procedures unpredictable events alter the expected outcome. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] with proof of the incorrect product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for wrong products received must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
