Where can I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

  • After placing an order, you will receive your order confirmation email or text that contains your order details. Once your order has been shipped out, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use your tracking number to track your package using the tracker on our website: https://www.kenkoback.com/apps/parcelpanel
  • The tracking number sometimes takes up to 48 hours to become active so don't be alarmed if you get an error message when you first track it. If your tracking number does not work, check first if all numbers and letters are correct in your tracking number. 
  • Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. If you haven't received your tracking number or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us at [email protected] we'll fix it!
